8PM GASTRONOMIC FEAST (example menu)
Organic salmon tartar, in an ice glass with caviar, home-made oat cakes & fresh horseradish cream, or
Chicken consommé with porcini mushrooms and truffle oil, or
(v) Berwick’s Edge cheese fondue with home made grissini and roasted root vegetables
Winter vegetable ‘Wellington’ with wild mushrooms and watercress salad, or
Local halibut poached in saffron broth, baby vegetables and new potatoes, or
Rare-breed fillet roulade rolled with tender leaf spinach, Parma ham with stone ground mustard cream
Accompanied by ½ bottle of either La Prade Sauvignon Blanc or Norton Lo Tengo Malbec
